Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@atozmarket.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@atozmarket.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
